BOATHOUSES AT BLUE HILL

The architect developed these innovative designs for several clients. The clients wanted efficient boathouses which could house other program within. Boathouses similar to these have increased in popularity amongst homeowners in New England over the past few years. These compact, yet spacious, structures accomodate living spaces alongside boat storage. The oversized windows of either project allow for an influx of light and incredible panoramams of the surrounding landscaope.

Both are new constructions. Completed in 2000.
